What Is an Arm Lift?
An arm lift (brachioplasty) is a surgical procedure that aims to correct the loose skin and excess soft tissue along the inner arm, typically following weight loss or aging. The result is a firmer and more shapely arm structure.

Dressing and Compression Garment
Bandages and an arm compression garment are applied. Keeping the arm elevated helps reduce swelling.
Week 1
Suture Care
Dressing changes are performed. Movement restrictions and use of the compression garment continue.
Weeks 2 – 3
Return to Social Life
Patients return to daily routines at a gentle pace. Heavy lifting is avoided.
Weeks 4 – 6
Gradual Return to Sports
Use of the compression garment ends; transition to sports activities begins gradually.
Month 6
Final Result Reveals
Tissue edema fully resolves and the result becomes clear; the scar line continues to mature.

Since 2023, he has been providing services at Yılmazer Clinic in Istanbul in the light of innovative technologies and scientific approaches.
