How Is It Performed?
Breast Augmentation planning begins with the joint evaluation of the patient's anatomy and expectations. The information below outlines the general framework; the final plan is determined on an individual basis.

First 24 Hours
Hospital Observation
A sports bra is applied. Mild tightness and swelling are expected findings.
Week 1
Check-up and Care
Dressings and bra are monitored. Arms should not be lifted above shoulder level.
Weeks 2 – 3
Return to Social Life
You can largely return to office routine. The sports bra is worn day and night.
Week 6
Gradual Return to Sport
Light sporting activities are gradually reintroduced; heavy chest exercises are postponed.
Months 3 – 6
Final Result Becomes Clear
Tissue swelling subsides and the implant settles into its natural position; the contour stabilises.

His medical journey, which began in 2008 with the English-language Medicine programme at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, was shaped by plastic surgery. He completed his specialty training at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital, one of Turkey's long-established plastic surgery clinics, and then served for 2 years as a plastic surgery specialist at Erzurum City Hospital.
Since 2023 he has been practising at Yılmazer Clinic in Istanbul, guided by innovative technologies and a scientific approach. In Breast Augmentation procedures, natural appearance, respect for proportions and functional continuity are the priority; a detailed analysis is carried out for each patient and the technical choices are planned individually.
