Mommy Makeover is a holistic aesthetic approach in which the changes that occur in different areas of the body during pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding are addressed together in a single surgical session. It typically combines tummy tuck, breast aesthetics (augmentation, lift or reduction) and, when needed, Liposuction.

Aftercare
Recovery Process
The timeline below is a general guide. Recovery time may vary based on the individual, tissue structure and the technique applied. Regular follow-up checks are conducted throughout the entire process.
First 48 Hours
Hospital Observation
Drains, a compression garment, a sports bra and light pressure dressings are applied. Pain is manageable with prescribed medications.
Week 1
Compression Garment + Dressing Care
Drains and sutures are gradually removed during this week. Activity restrictions continue; gentle walking is encouraged.
Weeks 2 – 4
Gradual Return to Social Life
Patients largely return to office routines. Heavy lifting and intense exercise are avoided; use of the compression garment continues.
Weeks 6 – 8
Gradual Return to Sports
Use of the compression garment ends; transition to light sports activities begins. Chest exercises are postponed.
Month 6
Final Result Reveals
Tissue edema fully resolves and the result becomes clear; scars continue to mature.
