A thigh lift (thighplasty) is a surgical procedure that targets the correction of loose skin and excess fat tissue, particularly in the inner thigh region. The result is firmer, more shapely and proportionate-looking legs.

First 24 Hours
Dressing and Compression Garment
Bandages and a leg compression garment are applied. Keeping the legs elevated helps reduce swelling.
Week 1
Movement Restrictions
Dressing changes are performed. Gentle walking is encouraged early on; prolonged standing should be avoided.
Weeks 2 – 3
Return to Social Life
A gradual return to office routine begins; the compression garment and gentle walking continue.
Weeks 4 – 6
Gradual Return to Sports
Use of the compression garment ends; transition to light sports activities begins.
Month 6
Final Result Reveals
Tissue edema fully resolves; the scar line matures and the result becomes clear.
